Spent Xmas vacation in a newly opened boutique hotel in a bustling location. Enjoyed the spacious room with large floor to ceiling windows and decent breakfast. the hotel was close to must-eat local eateries and tourist sites. It was great for both leisure and business travelers.

The cleaning could have been much better. Had to deal with some issues and the staff seemed inflexible at times, but eventually, the problems were resolved with some firm discussion.

Enjoyed the central location as it was easy to get to various tourist attractions and local eateries. Rooms were clean and had modern decor. The friendly staff were very helpful when a problem with the room arose and went out of their way to fix it.

The reception area was quite small and did not feel very welcoming. The rooms were not as spacious as advertised and felt cramped, especially the bathrooms.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to get around. The room service was excellent, providing all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, providing great local knowledge and making my stay very easy. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus and the fitness center was a great facility to have.
